What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in PKR

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 4 to 7 days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
A product can only be returned or exchanged if it was found damaged upon receipt. We will facilitate you with the exchange or in case where the product delivered was not as per your specifications or damaged. You can contact our customer service through email by attaching the photographic evidence of the product received, picture of the invoice, or call and inform us about your order ID.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5 to 7 business days.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

❓ سوال: مجھے اپنی آرڈر پسند نہیں آیا، کیا میں اسے واپس کر سکتا ہوں؟ اگر کوئی مسئلہ ہو تو؟

جواب: پراڈکٹ صرف اسی صورت میں واپس یا تبدیل کی جا سکتی ہے اگر وہ آپ کو نقصان زدہ حالت میں موصول ہوئی ہو یا آپ کی آرڈر کی تفصیلات کے مطابق نہ ہو۔
ایکسچینج کے لیے آپ ہماری کسٹمر سروس سے رابطہ کریں اور:خراب پراڈکٹ کی تصویرانوائس کی تصویراور اپنا آرڈر نمبرای میل کے ذریعے ہمیں بھیجیں یا کال کے ذریعے اطلاع دیں۔

❓ سوال: شپنگ میں کتنا وقت لگتا ہے؟

جواب: شپنگ کا وقت مختلف ہو سکتا ہے کیونکہ ہم دنیا بھر کے مختلف فلفلمنٹ سینٹرز سے آپ کے مقام کے حساب سے آرڈر بھیجتے ہیں۔ اوسط شپنگ کا وقت 5 سے 7 ورکنگ دن ہے۔
